Shipping
We ship worldwide, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours from your order checkout; however, it may be subjected to 72-hour window with some items. Any fraud detected orders may be held and excluded from the above conditions. You may be required to provide further proof of identity.

Returns

For any faulty or return products, you should mail your product to: Command Elite Hobbies Pty Ltd, 175 Jackson Rd, Sunnybank Hills QLD 4109, Australia, With your order number, Name and brief description of the issue for return.

The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International orders

Command Elite Hobbies will liaise and facilitate the export of all international orders-The Buyer is liable for any import applications required for entry. The buyer is responsible for any import fees associated to origin designation.

Insurance

We will provide Insurance for sent items on paid postage only. For items under the value of $100.00, For further insurance we recommend choosing postal insurance and pay postage. Free shipping will not insure your value. please not the buyer will be responsible once the goods have exited the care of Command Elite Hobbies. only paid postage will be covered by insurance.
