Aztech XTreme tuned tappet Plates V2/3 gearboxes
Aztechs Xtreme speed plates are the next generation of gear box tappet plates.
These tappet plates are pre tuned to suit high speed rate of fire. Where a normal tappet plate needs to be cut and tuned to improve feeding of gels for high speed builds. These tappets are available in different profiles to allow for easier tappet plate tuning for reliable feeding.
Made from Polyoxymethylene (POM) which is often called the "unbreakable plastic". It is an engineering thermoplastic used in precision parts requiring high stiffness, low friction and excellent dimensional stability
On the APS SDU2.0 mosfet gearbox you may have to shave .2mm off the underside at the nozzle pick up end if it is a little too tight for the standard gearbox tappet channel.
Tappet stroke and design and tuned to suit 3 speeds.
Lower speed - up to 33 rps Green tappet (full size tab)
High Speed - up to 40 rps Green tappet (2/3 size tab)
Super High Speed - beyond 40 rps Red tappet (small tab)
